Guests feel at home the moment they set foot into Fuji, the teppan grill restaurant. Located only five minutes north of Sannomiya station, Fuji offers a variety of dishes, including sizzling premium Kobe Beef cooked on a thick iron plate and local specialty Sobameshi (rice and chopped egg noodle flavored with Worcestershire sauce.) Welcoming decor and a friendly atmosphere provides a warm, and hospitable feeling. The owner of Fuji, a mother of three, set out to provide a home-like atmosphere where families could enjoy affordable Kobe Beef and other grilled foods.

Each table has an iron plate in the middle of the table to keep all the dishes just-off-the-grill hot. Although their main dishes are Kobe Beef or Beef based dishes, Fuji also provides a variety of dishes with various kinds of vegetables and seafood.

The restaurant is also a good place to have drinks. Guests can choose from more than 80 different kinds of drinks, such as draft beer, wine, fruit wine, various kinds of shochu, from ingredients such as rice, barley, and potato.
